I think part of it is that I never really got to do much with her—she survived an unexpected PvP one-shot and the other half of her story was tied up in my other character, and even in the main campaign our group doesn't really RP. Anyway, both she and Alexus got into the habit of casting Disguise Self on themselves towards the end of their storylines, to hide who they were. Mephala (the tiefling) often used the appearance of Fish in the River, a siamese-esque tabaxi who she "replaced" (straight up murked, let's be honest) to join a team in a 3v3 bracket tournament when she was stuck in the Nine Hells. Alexus, meanwhile, just kinda feels weird sometimes about walking around as a half elf with glowy eyes and wings, so he learned to disguise himself as an aarakocra, since they're at least a little more common. His memory of what an aarakocra actually looks like is a little shaky though, so it's probably not the most useful disguise since it really just ends up being him, but as a bird (and with chukar partridge-style markings, because of course I'm carrying those over from his familiar, lmao).
Neither of them are particularly creative, and I love that for them. Anyway, based on a stock image provided by AdorkaStock/SenshiStock over on DA. One of these days I'll feel like colouring things again, lmao.
