This is one of the scenes for "Russell's Memories", starring Russell & Flipetty. In here, Russell (in his teen years) has a bottle of ipecac from Lifty & Shifty (but Russell thinks a bottle of Pepsi because of its color). This is before he drank the entire bottle of sugared ipecac. Soon, at lunch break, Russell began to choke (a reference from my favorite part from "Alien") and began vomiting continuously all over the floor and Flipetty had to take him home and she looked after him. Since Lifty & Shifty were responsible for all the mess, the brothers were forced to clean up Russell's mess.
