I'd be remiss if I didn't give you a bit of actionable advice on how to deal with intrusive thoughts! A therapist taught me a trick a while back that I've found helpful.
Whenever I get intrusive thoughts (almost always when I'm driving, like Madigan up there), I choose a color and try to name everything in my field of vision that is that color. I usually choose green because I can almost always see grass and trees while I'm driving, so that's an easy start right there. I like to say the names of these things out loud as I spot them: "green grass, green trees, green car," etc. This technique distracts my mind away from the intrusive thoughts and forces me back into the moment. Give it a shot the next time you're getting The Urge!

That advice is awesome actually, I should definitely remember this :o
really cool to see you do a comic based on the concept! For me I have less intrusive thoughts
I forget what to call it. Bad compulsions maybe? the specific terms escape me. but honestly the whole area can be annoying
but far from untreatable! as this shows well
