Changelog:

Comic Base price and Addition Character Cost has increased
NSFW commissions now cost 20% on top of the the base price + Character cost. this is calculated before Background cost
I WILL be enforcing the Background cost from now on; I've been kinda lenient with it before
Windows within a shot, you know the type, at any tier will now range from $5-15 each depending on what kind they are and what tier the commission is at, plus other factors at my discretion. I was doing these for free before despite what they added to the workload

Some details not explained well on the sheet:
NSFW ref alts are extra
Extra character cost for Comics are Per Panel. So two characters in any given comic are covered by the base, any appearance of a character that isnt one of them is $8 on top of that
