Z'Phere is a evil greedy guy, he is actually the leader of The Mafia Pirates. Good at his job since he keeps his people supporting him despite the greed he has.
Z'Phere spends everyday finding new places to steal valuables from, including scaring people or making deals, so on. He doesn't really care about who he's taking money from, but he focuses on people with the most cash in their pockets than someome with a single penny.
What he uses this money for? It's a mystery not even his peers know about.
