Well I got this car cheap and had to drive 6 hrs to get it, but for what I paid for it it's worth it! That and I REALLY wanted one and this is exactly what I was looking for. I drove it back, but the torque converter needs to be replaced because it was making a grinding noise sometimes when the torque converter would slip out of lockup and I'm also installing a shift correction kit since the reason it failed last time is a known defect with the torque converter lockup computer strategy/valve. The inside wasn't bad at all, just some small black material (very fine metal shavings from what I've read) at the bottom of the pan. I know it isn't good, but the valve body and screens look clean so I'm not going to pull it apart until it completely fails I'd guess in about 30k-50k miles if this shift kit works right. I found someone already installed a transgo separator plate so I don't know how well it's going to work with my other shift kit.
