All jokes aside, I'm surprised that a Pachirisu day apparently happens on 8/8. Ignoring what else falls on that day, I'm used to Pokémon days falling on dates that match their Pokédex number, so I'd have expected it to be on 4/17 instead. Is there any reason why it's on 8/8?
