--- Story/Personality ---
Kotei is a beloved pet and partner in crime of a mafia leader/godfather along with his sister. He is well-regarded and treated respectfully by the rest of the mafia family and subordinates. He is often seen accompanying his owner (The Godfather) during his travels and dealings, he also contributed and participated in fights, escorts, and other fun or suspicious activities every now and then with the mafia family. Kotei is also the leader of the pack of the godfather's other numerous dogs.
Although he is a bit short in height, he is very courageous and have a will of steel with a strong sense of independency. His peers respected him highly and many looked up to him. He is generally a well-mannered and polite individual, he can also come off as cold and scary at times especially if you get on his bad side.

- His name is taken/inspired from the japanese word "emperor" though it doesn't necessarily have to be his name's meaning.
- He has a younger sister named Kulta.
- His collar is custom-made and is given to him by the mafia leader/godfather.
- The engraving on the gold metal on his collar is the letter "K" for the first letter on his name.
- The godfather is a big dog-lover, though he has many other dogs he only regards Kotei as his beloved "son".
