Looking back on the past always makes me so nostalgic. Warm memories flooding back about people I've met, experiences I've gained, and emotions I have felt. Sometimes these memories are not as good and oftentimes you forgot that you had them in the first place. A walk through memorylane drawing up all sorts of elements in the past that you honestly don't care for or simply erased from your mind. Like people that you once talked to or enemies that you once faced.

These experiences are treasures to me and it is a big reason why I always save every picture that people make for me. So that way even if I forget a person's name or we go our separate ways I can at least still remember a time when we briefly met. Each of us leaving a mark on the other in our passing. Sometimes in body, sometimes in art, and sometimes in our own perceptions.

However much we might like to deny it, every interaction with another irrevocably changes us. That we are somehow the same and yet not.

I like to imagine that I grow from these intersections. Picking up mannerisms or ideas that I did not have before. But, I suppose that is for those around me to truly judge.
