Been pretty unhappy with my art lately, but I think I've finally stumbled on a style I'm really fond of. Still need to iron it out and try some more active and harder things than just lazy 3/4 of myself.
I actually tried to do something like this in 2015 but lacked the knowhow.

I used the Real Pencil as a base, actually!
Brush tip > Density at max
Texture > Emphasize Density, and Texture mode set to Overlay (This is the thing that makes the most difference!)
Ink > Color Mixing, Blend, with 60 Amount and Density, 10 color stretch (makes it less harsh)
Then I just draw the lines on Vector layer, and colors on Raster!
