Scout thought it would be a great idea to ditch a cup and go right for the hose. Worked at first, gulping down the water at his own speed. .till he got cocky and turned it to far thinking he could chug it all. .he could, but minutes later after constantly chugging away at the water he started to become a fire type balloon! Trying to reach for the valve to turn it off. .yet that's a little bit too late.
