Aw~! They look so adorable as 90s Disney style bear cubs! Dipper should be happy their minds didn’t change to think they’ve always been a part of the Tailspin world because of dimensional shenanigans! Great work!

To be fair, thats not too far from how I'd picture an actual episode to play out, if they stay they slip further into believing they where always part of the show, with Mabel probably going their first because shes playing along to begin with.

Oh definitely! First her enthusiasm would become genuine memories, then Dipper would probably start thinking and talking like the same way only to catch himself and pull himself and Mabel away! Only question would be if the characters are still like themselves but act out of concern or if they’re a product of whatever magic created their world and takes a dark turn where the characters force them to stay to fully integrate them to keep the status quo. That’d definitely open up for a variety of good and bad endings to an episode like that!

Oh yeah, with Gravity Falls there would definitely be some kind of creepy turn at some point. If I had infinite time I'd love to make it a full thing but I doubt I could do a whole comic or script for it.

Just chiming in to say this is honestly a great idea for an episode.

Or how about this, it only affects you if you resist it and refuse to play along. So Mabel would actually ironically be safe by playing along but Dipper would be forced to "get into character" to keep him from being a spoilsport.

Thats also one way I could see it going, dang I know I said it ages ago when I first did this but I still would want to make more of this when I'm able.
