A close resemblance to the Imperial Inquisition, the O.S.A. serves as the Terran Empire's Internal Peacekeepers. They make sure that absolute rule is in the Empire's hands, as well as dangerous knowledge. All elections, libraries, and payrolls go through the O.S.A. in all forms of the galaxy. In NON-HOLY TERRAN plots they serve as a secret government organization that polices the army.
