Don’t let the Tribal tag fool you, Ocean Cusige are more than capable of becoming civilized and building their own bustling cities. They, well, just don’t want to. They build small towns around the edges of bodies of water and happily trade with neighboring towns.
Their diet mainly consists of meat, but an Ocean will almost always jump at the opportunity to trade for fruits or sweets. Many will save up hoards of money, easily enough to buy entire streets of cities, and then blow it all on candies and fighting equipment.
Their culture is based heavily on family, tradition, and brawn. Any dispute between two Oceans will most definitely end in a brawl watched by the entire town. Whoever wins is celebrated, but whoever loses is gently nursed to health. The town will then work together to train the loser to be a better fighter.
Children are raised to respect each other but to fight when the moment is right. Always have your family's back, never look back, and keep fighting forward.
