Long ago when Mona the 2nd was younger, she was under the protection of Mercury’s great great grandfather Arthur Quicksilver. Both of them loved to wear each other as thick poofy diapers, so when Arthur passed away during the Siwa Raid, she vowed to continue this poofy tradition with his descendant, Mercury Quicksilver. So whenever Mercury comes to visit her in the TurtleReef palace, both of them wear each other as thick poofy diapers, as it reminds Mona the 2nd of her time with Arthur.
