New OC? New OC.
I've had the concept for her for a couple months now but I hadn't really the time or energy to put into sketching out a design for her, when wysdrem posted a YCH for an assassin kitty and I just had to jump on it.
Neriya's specialty is using transmuting magic to turn her clothing/jewelry into weapons and then back, and usually has a mix of metallic jewelry and metal threads sewn into her clothing.
