Rena was an elderly woman who lived in a nursing home. Though her family visited frequently, she felt trapped within the place, and it didn't help that with her advanced age, her very body seemed to love to rebel against her. Constant pain that made it hard to move around and a lack of energy to do anything but lay in bed and not to much at all. She strongly wished there was more she could do in life. A desire for something to change. It was a thing she constantly wished for with all her heart.

One day, to her surprise, she was visited by a strange fairy that offered to grant her wish. Rena wasn't sure if she was dreaming or not, but accepted the offer. Then, with a bright flash, the elderly woman had become a magical girl, her youth fully restored. She had become the magical girl Fairy Hero Tiny Red Hood. Even when she de-transformed, she would remain as a young girl.

Though Rena would also discover that one of the strange aspects of her new state, and what she would learn by the fairy, was that the Fairy Queen thought that diapers were adorable, and though she could remove them without an issue, any underwear she put on would magically turn into a diaper, with said undergarment reverting back to normal when removed.

A strange side-effect for sure.

Though her new youth would definitely come as a surprise to her family.
