Creator's notes: This took way longer than it could have taken.
I will probably not put as much time and/or detail into the shading of any of my future art.
I hope you like it, and if you don't, just file a complaint in the comments of just send me a note of what i did poorly.
I decided to make some of the balloons popped, I hope you don't mind.
Side note, this took 29 hours total, but took the span of 9-12 days.
