This is currently a closed species. If you're interested in getting your own, shoot me a note! I promise I don't bite. I may open this species if it gains enough popularity, but in the meantime this is a closed species.

Life span: 60-70 years
Diet: Omnivore, prefers small prey or plants, nuts, and berries
Communication: Floral Arachnidopteras are intelligent beings, able to effectively speak and listen to others. They can read, but are unable to write due to lack of dexterity with their legs.
They can, however, use their mouths to pick up and carry objects.
Abilities: Besides the ability to disguise themselves as flowers, Arachnidopteras are also able to produce webs like any other spider, as well as climb vertical surfaces. Certain individuals may develop the ability to infuse certain scents Into their webs, in order to help lure in prey.
Lifestyle: Each individuals lifestyle is of course up to the owner of the character, but as spiders, the solitary lifestyle is the most common. They are not unfriendly towards others, and some may choose to integrate into society.
Reproduction: Floral Arachnidopteras typically find mates for the season, although it is not uncommon for a couple to mate for life. A typical pregnancy produces between 3 and 10 eggs, about half of which will survive into hatchlings. Arachnidopteras develop the ability to speak around age 6, having a similar maturing rate as humans.
