Those blessed with the element of Poison are able to use their abilities to create different types of toxins and deliver them through various bodily fluids. Their toxins can be used to hurt or help, and they can learn to make strong antivenoms and medicines.

-2 Tails; Naturally can sweat or drool slightly toxic fluids. (Can cause stomach ache or minor rash)

-3 Tails; They can now control what part of their body is able to secrete the toxic sweat.

-4 Tails; Their blood and tears can now be poisonous, and they can fully control the toxicity of their own body. The potency of their toxins have increased. (Can cause vomiting stomach ache or severe rash/itchiness)

-5 Tails; They can now deliver their toxins through hollow fangs or hollow claws.

-6 Tails; Their toxin potency has increased again, now able to cause major sickness or even minor paralysis. They can now detect poison in plants, foods, or liquids.

-7 Tails; They are now able to absorb toxins and and remove toxins from various objects. They are able to synthesize minor antivenoms.

-8 Tails; Their toxins can now cause long term and permanent damage. It can eat at skin, burn, paralyze, blind, cause severe sickness, and cause severe pain. They can also adapt new ways to deliver the poison such as spitting, spraying from hands, etc.

-9 Tails MAX; Mastery Achieved! They can now do all of the above and their toxins can kill within a few minutes. They can now synthesize all antivenoms, and can create different types of poison that are used in medication. They are also now immune to any, and all toxins, even other poison magic users.

Two younger gods, Kazuki and Ume, were born of the prayers of those who were sick. Together, they are capable of creating medicines. Ume is the more chaotic of the two, and though her toxins can be used for medicines - she knows full well they can be used for the opposite of that.
