Bought this revolver at the last gun show. It is a 45acp so I have to use the moon clips to properly eject the spent casings after firing unless I buy the rimed 45acp that was made for the revolvers back then.

I have that same model that my grandfather carried when he was chasing Pancho Villa in Mexico in1916. Gramps "Liberated" it after he was sent home after the search for Villa. A year and a half later he was in France shelling Germans with a French 75 and again "liberated" his sidearm, Colt 1911 which I still possess today.
