Never thought I'd be submitting something onto this site. Especially this! Anyhow, I took this picture a few years back during my travels in Germany. Specifically, Berlin. This is apart of a Holocaust Monument I'd visited; the setting of that place was fittingly solemn, yet powerful. And naturally it had to be raining, so I placed my camera close to one of the many stone surfaces and captured this photo. I never really thought that much of it before until now, and something about it really speaks to me. I hope it will for you too.
