Fox TF (ANIM) - Making Cereal
Started doodling a generic fox TF for the fun of it, to see how it would play out story-wise on its own. Then, I started drawing more and more, and before I knew it, I had drawn for nearly 4 days and ended up with 566 frames of animated glorious. The result is this little animation of a kid making cereal during an Adomm-style oblivious transformation until the sudden and shocking discovery that ends up- ... ah, I'll not spoil it.
Glad to have it in a state where I'm allowing myself to let it go. I can finally let myself rest again! Yay!
EDIT: I updated the animation slightly because I noticed that we had missed a spot. This has been remedied.

Is super fun! I'm a little surprised his other hand didn't turn paw before he ran off. I almost expected him to run back into the middle of the room, more near the oven, so is easy to see his full body finish turning into a little cute fox. Even worse, he didn't get to eat his bowl of num! The poor guy! lol
I have a couple of reasons for that. I thought about a conclusion where he does panic in the background, drop to all fours, and drag himself out of frame to finish, but then I decided against it. But then, I thought; sometimes it's a little more fun leaving something incomplete because the imagination can take over from there after so much development and reference. Everyone who watches it can substitute their own ending, tailored to their own desire. Maybe he finishes the transformation, maybe he doesn't, maybe he turns back, or maybe he even ends up turning into cereal for some strange reason.
As for the one arm, I thought it was a pretty neat dynamic animating him with both a human and fox arm. Sort of highlights that struggle for personal identity. He wants to be a human, but his body is becoming that of a fox, so does he accept this change, or does he fight against it and attempt to regain normality?
That's what I was going for, anyways. I'm always experimenting with my storytelling. That's what keeps me driven to do so.

Ooh! I do feel the flow is more smooth and it feels more complete and right with the changes! Would still love him to run in the back by the over his pants come off running up to it shrinking, and shimmies out of his shirt as he goes tiny and adorable full fox and runs out the back door. Something to maybe consider? But that would just be icing on a really good cake! It's a great animation now just as is!
Acutally I would LOVE to see a female character be changed, cause I just adore ladies *blush* Maybe the eevee boy's mom into a proper form to be his mom? Or just a regular girl into something super cute! Fox, eevee, a little bear whatever you love! Only an idea though, you should always make what you like! Thank you for making what you do! We all love and appreciate it! ^^
