Nothing brings me more joy than seeing Tarkus in casual scenarios. Especially ones where he does not look dignified. Like when he's quenching his thirst by a lake. Probably lapping up the water like a dog would.
To the two unfortunate (or fortunate?) folks in the rowing boat, this must be a once in a lifetime moment, while to Tarkus this is merely a day like any other.

Such casual stuff is great!
I sure do enjoy to see such great creatures simply... living and watching such interact with the world in a peaceful way.
Though I can not say that I'd be able to restrain myself from just... swimming up to that great being in awe and embrace the snout or tongue, no matter what shows up closer first. <-<

Once more an absolutely fantastic picture by Rhos for you. Each and every one of them is brilliant and so this one here is no exception to that. I love how she drew you here in such an impressive and very very awe inspiring way while you are doing just such a simple action like enjoying a refreshing sip of water from the nice clear lake. For the two humans in the boat it would for sure be THE event of their lifetime they would tell even their grand grand grand children about....if they manage to survive this very moment of course. But even then it would for sure be the most amazing sight in their life.
