Despite being a trickster sorceress with a powerful amulet that gives her unlimited chaos magic, Jinx still has down-time.  You can't always be out there causing problems for other people.  Sometimes you just gotta kick back, relax on your favorite beanbag chair, and watch some tv.  So, here's Jinx in her cozy apartment doing just that. 
You'd think with all the streaming services, hundreds of channels on cable, and the chaos magic of her amulet giving her access to thousands of alternate realities to spy on, there'd be something good on TV, but nope.  It's still all just reruns.
It seems Jinx is getting bored.  That's usually a bad sign for the people around her.  However, that amulet requires a lot of focus to use it.  When she lets her mind wander, such as distractedly using it to channel surf, sometimes things go . . . in a very unexpected direction.
Or, given that it's Frogust, perhaps the direction is entirely expected.
