And there you have it.  Having let her mind wander while using her chaos magic amulet as a remote control for the TV, Jinx has turned herself into a tiny frog.  Meanwhile, on TV, the comic stylings of Eugene Levy mock her plight with their inanity in the face of moderate inconvenience.  That's chaos for you.  Sometimes it's a giant spider crawling out of your mouth to eat your Rice Krispies, and sometimes it's poorly written comedy delivered by a guy who should be much funnier than he is while you struggle with learning how to hop.  Chaos cares not for your convenience, only that something is not what you expected.
Don't worry, Jinx isn't stuck as a frog forever.  In reality, Jinx's transformations don't last all that long.  The amulet is an artifact of chaos and in any ordered universe (which is most of them), chaos is anathema to existence.  Sure, Jinx can turn you into anything she wants, but the universe knows that's not what you really are and it doesn't like being messed with, so it eventually finds a way to revert you back to normal.  Usually once you've got a certain distance from the amulet.  Even in universes that have magic, Jinx's spells don't last long once they get out of the area of effect of her amulet because chaos is unstable by nature.  Amusingly, Jinx is actually TERRIBLE at any other kind of magic.  Her chaos amulet interferes with any other kind of magic she tries to use, causing hilarious - and sometimes not so hilarious - results.  It's a jealous artifact and will allow no other magics before it.
But as much as it may cause annoyances from time to time, Jinx always sticks with what she knows.  Power is power, even if sometimes you croak while using it.
