It appears some babies were misbehaving and had to be punished by the caretakers. Baby Bunny got spanked for throwing food, Jessica got put in kid-cuffs for stealing her mommy's phone, James got his diaper tormented for stealing cookies, and Toxis got imprisoned in his crib for stealing from his friends. Hopefully, they learned their lesson.
