Resembling somewhat a sewer treatment plant, the Heart of Paroxysm is home to one of the great Seven within the Elderscapes, the Sow, a giant immobile pregnant mutated pig. While the Sow itself is harmless, its numerous horrifyingly long, barbed, talon wielding, insect like tendrils protruding from its orifices can hew skin and bone with incredible ease.

The Heart of Paroxysm emits an unbearable strong rich stink of rot and decay, oozing from all over with a pustulent tar like viscous infection
