The RaccoonHourly twitter posted a great picture of a raccoon delighted to see a plate of sushi --- https://twitter.com/raccoonhourly/s.....266630/photo/1 --- so I drew it. Unfortunately since it is one of those aggregating accounts there's no telling whose picture it actually was. I'm also skeptical that it's a good idea to have a pet raccoon, but it does allow beautiful pictures like this. As before, this was done by tracing big body parts from the photograph and then filling it out. I went with a deliberately scratchy, scraggly line because look at the original photograph; a raccoon's body is not this smooth thing. I think I got away with this. And it makes my lousy control of lines look like a thoughtful choice instead.
The original photograph has the raccoon's mouth open just enough that it looks like this adorable smile and I couldn't figure how replicate that.
