2021 Commission Pricelist
As my journal states I am open for commissions, here are my updated prices and terms.
Commission Info 2021
While I will do "Artistic Nudes" and Pinups, my work is otherwise SFW.
No returns/refunds however if changes are needed I will be happy to discuss them with you, heavy alterations will cost an additional fee depending on what is changed. All personal original characters belong to you however I retain full rights to the art. Once the commissioned work is completed you can request a png of the digital file.
Terms of Service as of 2021 (are subject to change):
By commissioning me you automatically agree to my terms of service.
I retain all rights to my artwork; this means that I can use it for self promotion, portfolio pieces, prints etc. HOWEVER I will never claim your character as my own and will ask permission before using them.
You may use the artwork for personal use only. You may not sell, reprint, claim, or use artwork commissioned from me for commercial use (unless commissioned for such, artwork intended for commercial use will have different price than personal use artwork). You may repost said artwork as long as you link back/give me credit.
I require AT LEAST half of the total payment up front in order to be put on my queue, the rest must be sent before completion of your image.
I have the right to refuse your commission. If I am too busy, my queue gets too full, you do not follow my TOS, or if you are being rude or uncooperative I can and will refuse your commission request.
I typically do SFW art. Although I love anatomy, I'm not interested in drawing any kind of porn. I am not opposed to tasteful nudes, some violence, or "implied" instances. It doesn't hurt to ask anyway, but just know that I may refuse you.
Art commissioned is non-refundable. Please do not commission me if you can't pay for the art. The only exception to this is if for some reason I am unable to complete the artwork.
I will do my best to complete artwork within a reasonable time frame. Please note that I work a full-time job (40hrs), therefore commissions will be completed when I have free time which is evenings on tues/thurs and the weekends.
