Nice topic, as for the dreamcatcher its self; it didn't do a thing to stop my childhood nightmares. And I kept having them until I got kitchen knife and killed the monster that plagued my dreams.

Wow D-tail!! I "really" liked this one!! It actually had me in smiles while reading it. I unno what it is about it though, the flow is so smooth, and your relation of a childhood in your poems is nothing really new, but this one just really sticks with me. Wow...This poem is simply amazing...I remember having a dreamcatcher once...It didn't work of course lol...but I did like how it looked. Back on topic...I really enjoyed reading this poem. I really liked how the words are used and placed...even the shortened words...sorta reminds me of old world poetry lol...now I'm embarrased of my pieces lol...oh boy....

You're welcome. I've been trying to find poets around here who write in this style...though I'm not saying that I don't appreciate the other styles...so far I've found only three such poets. I'm glad there's people here who can use words in a way such as in this poem. I hope to be able to read more of your pieces.
