Here is the first entry for this week's self-imposed warmup exercise, a rat magician reading through a book that is a bit too big for her.

I had a little bit of trouble deciding what to draw today but eventually I settled on this because I felt like designing a character.
I have sometimes mentioned that when I'm having trouble deciding what to draw I often fall back on drawing planet-vore images because it's relatively easy and it's something I enjoy but recently I've felt like coming up with character designs might be just as much fun (maybe even more so).
Originally she was not going to be wearing anything but I decided to add the hat to make it clear that she's... studying a magic book I guess... It just felt right at the time.
I'm pretty happy with how this turned out. I was not expecting much from the first drawing. This was a fun project but I sort of wish I had spend a little less time on this so I could work on stuff I owe people instead.

Also, I may have inadvertently ripped off a scene from  arilin's story 'In For a Penny'.
