It was only a little bit ago that for the first time I saw the Hypertimers, or Hourglass Girls, made by this artist on Twitter https://twitter.com/lordyanyu/statu.....04350872952832 and I had become truly, fully obsessed. There was so much I wanted to know about them, wanted to do, that I finally felt the creative juices flowing inside of me. And so here we are, I drew my own character Alxprit / Xekitral as one of them. The design process took a bit, integrating his more unique qualities to fit into the smooth, rounded, cute artstyle of the Hypertimers. The animal inside being a crab wasn't an initial idea but it just kind of ended up looking like one so I rolled with that and made it so. And sure enough, hands and fingers are still quite the nonsense to draw, I don't even feel fully confident in what's displayed here but as long as it gets the idea across, y'know.

I can't stress enough that the original concept deserves all the love and I'm only here to further it by indulging myself, with my art. I hope you all enjoy it.
