i actually rarely bind at all, i just didn't want my tits out for my fursona ref, lol. when i do bind i use transtape, which is designed specifically for binding (it's basically kinestheseology tape but broader). i can't use an actual compression binder because my ribs are fucked up and i get trouble breathing even in just a snug sports bra.
