This is an interesting remix. The intro has a good set of buildups that give the listener a good energetic tension.
The quiet moment that follows is an interesting change in direction; mildly misleading until the melody pops into the picture. From there, it becomes quite the ride.
The transition between the initial melodies and those heard in the latter half of the original appear smooth initially, but the mixing is honestly a bit rough and basic. The transition in the original is better, to be honest. The increased volume and intensity I so savored in the latter half of the original also seems to be missing.
However, the drumset after the transition is a pleasant addition, as is the orchestration. The ending seems a bit long, however. It seems to start far too early. The release of tension is skillful, albeit a bit long-winded.
Overall, the composition of this remix is more cohesive, and I can feel the love for the music, but the life and intensity no longer seem to be present.
