neoscribbles has a tail that reminds me of a song from an old local kid's show I watched that used to air on the Philadelphia ABC station Saturday mornings. The main character was named Captain Noah, and I remember a few keys things about him: He had puppets, he drew pictures and encouraged kids to send their own in, and he sang. He sang a lot. Every show would end with he and Mrs. Noah singing a song called 'I Can Sing a Rainbow'.
