Thistle trotted off at a brisk pace away from her home. She didn't go for her regular swimming pond, but instead headed to the orchard on the outskirts of town. Some apple trees grew there, and gave Thistle a quick breakfast. She also placed a few in her saddlebags for later.

A stream gurgled through the area, drawing Thistle's attention. "Hey Squeeks, how about a little bit of a float?" In short order the white filly unpacked her favorite toy and a hoof pump. A few minutes of pumping and Squeeks had inflated nice and firm. Thistle closed Squeeks tail valve, and gave the toy a quick pressure test on her flipper. the toy gave a happy trademark squeak, getting a smile from Thistle. "Lets go!"


Sneaking away can be hot work. Perhaps a little dip in the stream will be nice to cool off the Lil'hoofers! =^^=
