If you don't know what The Dandy is, it's a British comic that is more or less a kid-friendly version of Viz.
Korky has gone through various redesigns over the years; he's gotten from looking humanoid with stumpy limbs, to looking like a Garfield reject; I know I keep bringing up Garfield, but I can't help it. You might also be mistaken for thinking he looks like Sylvester.
