Killer Huxley, emperor and protector of the North
The hulking titan ruling the Northern Empire is renowned for many things, but not quite for patience. Being so tall and massive he has to look down at things and people by default, not necessarily in a bad way... but people, especially in politics, have the bad habit of overestimating their power, importance and the beauty of their voices.
Killer's annoyed gaze is usually enough to remind the arrogant visitor that no diplomatic status can ever level the field: true strenght is not affected by money and fantasies. Wasting the emperor's time is a very unwise undertaking.

I enjoy the subtle approach - after a certain level of overwhelmind physical dominance it takes merely the tiniest of shifts in expression to make your guts churn; the slight smirk without cause meaing an internal decision has been made. You're not making it out of the parliament hall.

so how does this fit in with his being basically a sexier version of cthulu thing? I kind of wonder that too with the younger forms you've drawn where they wear a uniform and are implied to attend some kind of academy. Alternate universes? un-awakened abilities (though some of the power is seeping through obviously)? or do just have excellent prowess in suppressing their true nature; even going so far as to kind of mimic the progression from child to (very) adult?
Well, Killer and Alexis were not always absolute. They lived the first decades of their lives believing they were mortals, despite their terrifying strenght, so their youth was... relatively normal. College Years, of which you can read the few chapters i've actually managed to write, is definitely not an alternate universe, but Killer's youth as it was, feeding right into Legend (the main story).
The gods combined their forces to lock seals around Killer and Alexis's powers to restrain them, and Legend is about the journey of discovery, growth and figthing towards the ultimate ascension. Very long story short, anyway!
Even as the Ultimate beings, though, Killer and Alexis spend most of their time in the mortal plane, so they do a lot of suppressing of their sizes and powers to fit in.

And I like the hair clips as well, along with this style of hair on the front of his shoulders. Helps seperate this older, more mature Hux from the shorter hair of his younger, more... "shameful" (as mentioned in the first chapter of Legend) past self in the collage days.
Though, you know me; I wanna learn the deeper meaning behind this. What situation exactly is causing killer to be annoyed with this noble he's dealing with? Like, what could the visitor be trying to ask of him/try to get from him? I'm going to avoid making asshole assumptions, but I'm curious as to what exactly this said visitor wants specifically that's annoying him.

Oof, definitely a touchy subject with him. I remember he's not overly found of city folk and there fancy pansy capitalist ideology! (While doing something as capitalistic as monopolizing on the porn industry at the same time XP)
I can totally see Lanif trying to convince him of that, mostly to get food to less fortunate places in Killers world on the first topic, and using a fictional character called Kim Jong-Un from a fictional place called Earth as an example on the latter XP
