I agree with KlarkKentThe3rd.
With everyone posting mostly Ecchie/NSFW material you don't see many with full clothing.
And this take on digigrade shoes is both interesting, looks more comfy than any human shoe and is practical on giving extra support.

I want to say that it looks like the joint (where the ball/heel of a human foot would be) is made of some constrictive but elastic material while the rest looks to be a harder material. I would further guess that it is hard so as to make it so that her foot gives leverage to keep her calves up like that without too much undo strain or discomfort. mm.. not sure that's the right thing I'm thinking.. but you get what i mean? it's extra support and balance essentually.
