After spending my time with mostly Long War I decided to go for the most vanilla playthrough of 2012 XCOM ever; Playing Enemy Unknown without Enemy Within. So for context, to progress in the story you have to assault an alien base and one of the artifacts you can recover is a terminal designated "Alien Entertainment" with your chief engineer giving off the exact quote you see in the meme. I immediately had to think of the vipers, aliens slapping boobs on snakes for entertainment.

Now I got the idea of an artwork featuring the alien entertainment unit broadcasting a viper, lol.
