Well, Finally some new artwork and a Character that was mentioned so long long ago but laziness was impeding me from creating him until now. XD
Despite the clothing that he's wearing, Virgil is well versed in Voodoo. Need or like some paranormal stuff? He Makes Charms, use Tarot cards, you know, the usual works (Of Course, it's gonna cost you some money for his services). He's also a gambler as well, so watch out for him in Poker games. If He's sees a sucker, he'll leave them dry out of money in gambling. This Haunter tend to smoke cigarettes and has a bad attitude (Tends to swear whenever and whereever he feels like it, even in front of little children.), But his Voodoo is first-class. Good Thing that he doesn't (or Won't) use curses on people. That is Taboo in his Family Code... unless you cross him the wrong way, then he could break the family code once in a while (FUCK the punishment, as he would say). Being quite the cunning trickster that he is, at least he's not evil or anything.... Which I think he isn't (Maybe). Just don't gamble with him, that's a fair warning.
In Town, he usually sets up a place to sell his services and charms to make some money. Since Viridian City is a bustling place, there's no perfect business than there in the meantime.
There are rumors that Virgil and Xarathusta are related to each other, but it isn't exactly confirmed yet.

Dislikes: Idiots, Mr. Goody-Goody type of People (He sees them as hypocrites and annoyances), People who try to change his views.

Though I think that it is necessary to create some Fatties, Skinnies, and Shorties. As for the others that you say about the males, Well, Most of them are delinquents, former delinquents, Martial Artists and some other type of fighting style... so It's kinda understandable that they're kinda ripped or have muscles. xD. I guess that you could say that I'm taking a Street Fighter/Rival School Approach here.
