And it would be funny if if it was cynder's skull, but it's supposed to be like the stone mask in "Jojo's bizzare adventure" that turns people into vampires (except here it turns them into sergals). I can't even direct you to it to read since one manga just got litigated into the ground. Wouldn't it make more sense if it was a sergal mask instead that caused the sergal transformation? I mean, what connection does a dragon mask have to a sergal?

I just tried to merge the features of the stone mask onto a sort of sergal shape upper jaw. The original design was a actually straight up sergal skull. It is just an unfortunate coincidence than in merging the features, it came out looking more draconic than sergal. I might just have to sacrifice more of the trademark features from the original mask to make it look right
