Chimera Streams are a thing FalloutFox ( https://falloutfox.com/ ) does now; start with a character, run them through a series of transformations based on chat demands and/or suggestions. I was like "THAT'S RAD" upon seeing the first one so I gathered together budget and schedule and submitted a much-simplified Sparhawk to become complicated in novel ways.

The first five panels are collected here, with the applied transformations noted alongside. I think it went well, and noodley. Of course this Sparhawk can't explain it!

The squirrel was mentioned around the 4th panel while we were discussing having props or characters to interact with, and how they're expensive to include but the SQUIRREL FRIEND was charismatic enough to be retroactively included in all the rest. Appears to have decided the pouch is an safe and warm place.
