Time to break free of the internet. This creature have had enough of the life in digital form and is breaking on trough to the other side, our side. What it want or what it will do no one knows. We can only hope it is peaceful. But given what is out there on the web, we might need to worry.
I am trying to get back into do more digital art and having some day off have helped me relax bit and give zero f's about what small mistakes I might do when drawing and just draw what I feel like. Just keep on drawing and practice. I learn as I go and just have fun wile doing it.
This art was a lot of fun to do. I might go overboard with the digital effects. But I don't care now. I like how it turned out :D
Also a little look at my current art place. Older tablet yes, but I know it. Plus, I had the place cleaned up so all the figures that normally are there are removed for the picture.
PS: For some ODD reason FA upload system refused to accept the file for upload. Not before I completly saved under a new name. Had no problem on other art sites with the file.

Kudos to you for making more art! The picture-part of the drawing has some convincing lighting with the drawing ^_^
I tried to get back into digital as well. My motivation was personal Telegram stickers, but I never got around to start the project. I can never get used to draw on a screen, let alone the disconnect between a drawing tablet and a screen. These days I write a lot more than I draw. It is still very creative and the level of detail is the same, but I miss drawing as well. Having more than one creative hobby makes you more creative over all, I find ^_^
What made you move away in the first place? Do you draw traditional art on a regular basis?

Yeah I set the whole scene with a tripod and a bright green background on the monitor. Making it the main light source in the room. Part from a dimmed light behind the camera.

I do both traditional and digital art. Traditional is mostly sketches, some are posted in scraps. Best ones I like to scan and then do like art and such with the tablet.
Really want one of those fancy ones that have a screen on them so you draw directly on what you see.

Ah... I thought you might have set the photo up like that, but your Photoshop skills are good, so I was not sure :)

Ah, yes.. A Cintiq (had to look it up to spell it right!) there are other touch devices you can draw on, like a Surface, but I have that and I do not recommend it! it has some silly bug where drawing straight lines is impossible, they never bothered to fix it. My mate has a Huawei Matebook with pen, and that seems to work well for her. Of course it is not Wacom-quality, but it is certainly is a lot cheaper :)
