I see what you're saying there, but I think the reason for his hostility stems from an inability to accept her being anything but 'Daddy's Little Girl'. Chrissy's mum even clarified that as adults they have the right to live their lives the way they want. It's clear that the debacle with her Ex Cody gave her some trust issues that she managed to work out, but who's about how it impacted her dad and made him overprotective about such things that are causing this behaviour? Maybe he thinks hanging around the cast with their eccentricities is giving her a poor example of how to live her life since it led to the misprint, to begin with. They might get over the misprint, but will he approve of her living with these people afterwards?
Even then, this argument has gone on for so many pages, there's an entire page dedicated to him walking in the door and the bunny girl being scared, then one dedicated to a tiger guy walking out naked by accident, then one dedicated to him THINKING about them being young, the argument never needed to last this long, it just feels like stretching out content in order to avoid having to progress the story. It's been 5 pages of him walking in, saying a few sentences to his daughter, and seeing a tiger guy naked, that's over a MONTH for such little progress, the comic's moving at a snail's pace.
Comics tend to take a long time to get through even a short sequence. Simply because you can only cram so much onto one page. Plus we are going only one page at a time. If it was three pages at a time it wouldn't seem so bad. As for just explaining things. He's not exactly going to listen to anyone at the moment. Plus even if she explains the mix up, he's still going to throw a fit that she posed nude like that with someone taking pictures of her. And as for him seeing them younger. That just a failing alot of parents have, never really acknowledging that their kids are adults like them and can do as they please now.
