A tired Noctowl sneak into a abandoned warehouse but it really wasn't as it was home and art studio of Neku the Smeargle and his assistant Ellie the Flaaffy. And what the owl flop down onto wasn't a pillow but a lump of clay semi-mold into a noctowl shape. So the artists were unaware they were finishing their new piece with a real owl instead of the now squish fake one. Noctowl sleeping ness and Flaafy's static ability kept the bird paralyzes as Smeargle and flaaffy would encase noctowl in a layer of clay and then cement as two fasten into a lovely noctowl statue and bird's pamp help in design for pedestal crafted around owl's lower half. Attach to front of pedestal a gold panel with a phase crave into it. Which read, "Soaring higher with wisdom." By the time the noctowl had awaken it was to late as clay and cement had set and harden. Just muddle out muffle sound from his seal beak. And watch as Smeargle donated him to the crinkle mansion of a Royal Spinda King and his Princess Chespin. Taken to be set up in back in the Royal Fountain Garden of the estate careful by some Timblurrs. Then stare out at that part of the garden in and at the guest, maid staff, and soggy Princess Chespin's pamps. The little chespin is such a soaker and musher of their royal pamps after all.
