Looks like boss Diego wasn't very pleased with the RPDS' performance lately.

Tial tried to rescue Tir from the final blow and got hurt, this made Diego change his mind.

After the disaster with the lake incident I'm not surprised Diego was annoyed, though of course poor Tial ends up getting hurt again and I imagine probably has some regrets about the situation. Hopefully as they've been rescued they should be getting medical treatment, though I imagine they will not be particularly pleased with Diego.
Hopefully having retained his employment, Tir will perhaps avoid further mishaps.
