My lion OC's were created long before Lioden. They simply got a upgrade to look more like real life animals. Like the greyish lions are based on European wild cat species (like highland tiger and lynxes ) which is why they have spotting/stripe patterns. White lions are based on arctic animals like polar bears, polar foxes and reindeer.
