Chapter Summary:
Reti and Pop meet up at Angie's, a local restaurant, to eat and hang out. Reti has to deal with some hallucinations during their outing.

Story Synopsis:
Reti Calex is a college freshman living in Turtle Canyon, a small desert town in the middle of nowhere. All she wants to do is get through each day and spend some time with her few friends, but schizophrenia looms over her life and clouds her head. At school, she tries to hide her disorder from her new classmates to avoid ostracization. However, when she falls in love and refuses to tell her crush about the things that haunt her, her life and sanity begin to unravel...

chapter 3, for your viewing pleasure! this one's shorter than the last chapter by about 1.5k words, but it's still over 4k words. i'm not quite as happy with this one as the last, but i think it's still fine. it does a lot more to set up future events.
